Brand marketers spend millions of dollars trying to develop, control and design the brand experience so that customers will come back for more of whatever it is they are selling. Yet, even with that investment, the experience can disappoint consumers and turn them away from your brand. It can also be extremely powerful in developing brand loyalty.
